THE ROLE:
As the Safety and Compliance Manager, you will:
- Provide effective leadership in delivering the group’s landlord health and safety compliance obligations
- Develop and implement a building safety framework for regulatory compliance
- Provide up-to-date advice and guidance on Asset Building Safety and Compliance to senior leaders
- Prepare the organisation for new changes in relation to Safety and Asset Compliance
- Design and deliver audit and assurance processes related to Trident’s fire risk assessment and remedial programs
- Support the Technical Services Team with the implementation of remedial and investment programmes
- Monitor the performance of specialist contractors in relation to the maintenance of compliance performance across the group

This role will be at the heart of the organisation, working closely with the executive team and technical services to ensure high-quality and safe properties for residents.
- Annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000
- 34 days of annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
