St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
This role is based on our Northampton site and is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Health and Safety and Emergency Planning team to co-ordinate and monitor emergency planning work and related activities including maintaining, updating, and auditing emergency planning policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and guidance.
You will be supporting the Health and Safety Manager and working with operations teams across the Charity to ensure business continuity systems and plans are in place. This will include supporting business impact assessments, business continuity plan development, co-ordination of training, communications, assessment, and testing.
St Andrew’s already has robust and effective plans and policies in place, and having achieved substantial compliance against the NHS EPRR Core Standards, you will be joining a successful and enthusiastic team.
