The Opportunity: The Safety and Risk Administrator actively participates as a member of the Safety, Housing and Risk management team assisting and supporting all aspects of the duties of the Director, Safety, Housing and Risk. The incumbent will help to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Safety, Housing and Risk office including compiling and maintaining the official records of the College, preparing documentation, and administering the College’s insurance contracts and AGCO and Lottery licenses. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting initiatives related to the Ministry of Labour and the Joint Health and Safety Committee and developing appropriate and related student and staff content for Sault College’s Learning Management Systems (LMS).
The incumbent is expected to take initiative to ensure that staff and student needs are met in an efficient and courteous manner by responding on behalf of the Director, Safety, Housing and Risk.
