Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum educational attainment of Diploma.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated by the internal marketing team.
- Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
