Description:
The day-to-day role includes the Account Manager responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
- Track client base growth and report to management.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the team by undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business requirements
