Description:

The day-to-day role includes the Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
  • Track client base growth and report to management.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team by undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business requirements
