Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Flourish Australia Community Businesses to increase customer base;
  • Maintain accurate records of all costings, quotes, sales, proposals, and any other information as requested by Business Development Manager;
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer enquiries and requests by preparing and providing quotations for all new work;
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on key account performance, revenue trends, and growth opportunities. Use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients or accounts to drive sales and ensure long-term business success. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving sales, fostering long-term relationships, and ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of Social Enterprise.
  • Collaborate with site managers, production team and senior leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to serving key accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring clients feedback, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring that the client’s needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions, including identifying growth opportunities, introducing new products or services, or expanding the scope of existing offerings.
  • Conduct proactive site audits to assess performance, address concerns, and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality
