Sales Account Manager
Our client, a leading supplier of Office Supplies, are looking for a target driven Sales Account Manager to join their Finglas based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth with existing key accounts, working across departments to ensure excellent client service & driving repeat business.

The Ideal Candidate:

If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:

  • Do you have 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar?
  • Have you a proven track record of generating new business?
  • Do you have experience managing key accounts?
  • Do you have experience using customer databases?
  • Are you familiar with CRM systems?
  • Are you driven and want to exceed targets?
  • Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with existing customers and prospects and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Cold call and prospect to generate new business.
  • Upsell and cross sell to assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with Business Development colleagues and/or the Commercial Manager
  • Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met.
  • Work with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure our clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again,
  • Ensure an excellent after sales service.
  • Attend trade shows and company events and promote brand awareness.
