Responsibilities:

As a Sales Acquisition Consultant in the Small to Medium Business sales team, you will play a pivotal role to acquire new clients through outbound dialling activity and manage sales lead generation. A customer centric approach is crucial as it ensures that the needs and preferences of the customers are at the forefront and will be used to communicate the value and benefits of our products.
Building, trust and understanding the customers will lead to customer satisfaction, loyalty and ultimately higher sales and revenue.
This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position commencing on 2 April 2024, working from home (WFH) within New Zealand.
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Manage assigned leads and convert them to paid customers by making outbound acquisition calls.
  • Facilitate organic sales conversations with prospective clients.
  • You will know our Connect offering inside out and will be able to easily articulate the value of the product to prospective clients.
  • Conduct between 50 – 70 outbound calls daily
  • Have a focus on customer success.
  • Our product requires a customer login and engagement, and this role will have product activation and utilisation targets associated.
