Job Profile Summary:
You will be reporting to the Lead, Lead Management and responsible for managing lead generating campaigns such as Leads Purchase Schemes, gift marketing and partnerships campaigns as well as the results of such campaigns. You will also conduct the required level of relationship management with the agency force and internal stakeholders to generate leads for the firm.
Job Description:

Manage agency organised gift set campaign

  • Resolve agency queries regarding campaign application and SOP
  • Review and approve gift set campaigns and ensuring all campaigns are compliant to company’s guidelines
  • Assist agency leaders and financial consultants on reimbursement schemes, including management of appeals
  • Create launch comms before the start of every campaign.
  • Manage vendor on every logistics fulfilment with regards to gift
  • Assist and manage campaign application process
  • Ensure and improve compliance to standard operating procedures
  • Improve the quality of gift to ensure sign up rate is maximised.
  • Create and conceptualise monthly gift set Campaign, creating unique gift packages that suit the current market trend and provide the best business proposition.
  • Work with vendors to secure the best value for the campaigns

Campaign management

  • Present and collaborate with the agency force to drive value generating campaigns, reach out to the agency force to increase campaign engagement;
  • Conceptualise campaign/events to optimise sales opportunities. Optimise campaigns and propose strategies to help meet or exceed the campaigns’ performance goals
  • Campaign enhancement to ensure that it is on its best practices and market trends.
  • Understand technical requests so they can be solved effectively, as well as to improve campaign functionality
  • Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices
  • Assist on projects to launch new campaigns that are exciting and drives sales

  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
  • Good collaboration skills and an effective team player
  • Knowledge of the Financial / Insurance industry having worked with a sales force / distribution team is a plus

Working Experience

  • 2 years work experience, preferably in the financial services related industry; and
  • Preferred experience in digital sales and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes

Education

  • Degree Holder
