Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

To support the company’s sales department by ensuring all paperwork is in order.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating user accounts for corporate customers
  • Assisting the Sales and CRM team in the placing of orders for corporate customers
  • Assisting the Sales team in the preparation of documents for tenders and projects
  • Generating invoices for corporate customers
  • Generating sales and incident reports for internal analysis
  • Assisting the Sales Manager in clearing customer payables
  • Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager
