Roles & Responsibilities

To undertake full spectrum of sales support role to team leader by:

• Following up on incoming order
• Process order into catering system
• Follow up on all paperwork for the order
• After sales follow up
• Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (Online & Offline)
• Provide clear communication within Team & Department
• Answering & screening phone calls & direct calls to the relevant salesperson
• Meeting timeline and KPI
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
• Training will be provided

Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Time management & attention to details
• Proactive with minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and mutli tasking
• Work effectively within sales & admin departments to ensure smooth operation
• Able to apply SOP effectively on the day to day duties
• Monday to Friday ( 9am to 6pm )
• Location Boon Lay
