JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team. The Sales Admin will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to support decision-making. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.Maintain inventory of sales materials, such as brochures, samples, and promotional items.Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
