Job Title: Sales Administrative Support
Location: Suite FF3, Unit 3, Blackwood Business Park, Ash Road South, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9UG
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm

Over the last 7 years our Telematics business has expanded across Europe, Asia, Australia and America both organically and through acquisition, widening and self-developing its product offering to become one of the leading global players. The commercial finance team seeks a Commercial Analyst to help support the future growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS SALES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT?

This is a varied role which will comprise of providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the Sales department within our telematics division. The main duties of the post will include processing existing sales enquiries, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to sales enquiries by phone and email;
  • Maintaining customer records;
  • Responsible for the daily processing of all repeat orders;
  • Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure goods are processed in a timely manner;
  • Continual review of processes to increase efficiency & accuracy;
  • Maintain knowledge of prices, market and delivery conditions;
  • Become fluent in all hardware that Radius Telematics offer;
  • Building a rapport with the customer base to ensure the highest level of service is provided
