Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working as part of a close-knit team, as a Sales Administrator you will support internal and external customers with the creation of quotations and sales orders, as well as providing post-sale support to meet strict regulatory requirements. Ensuring a quality experience is delivered to our customers, this position will work within a dynamic environment and support our team to meet our Service Level Agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Create sales proposals in Aristocrat’s quoting tool, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Liaise daily with Business Development Executives (BDE’s) to review and maintain sales opportunities
- Ensure quote proposals requirements are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Work with the Customer Liaison team to ensure post-sales processes are followed and completed within strict timeframes
- Be a team player - participate in daily stand-up discussions and communicate current workload
- Be up to date with current sales promotions, products, and compliance
- Follow process guides to ensure accurate data entry to minimise customer impact.
- Ensure customer information is accurate and maintained in Salesforce
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Newcastle, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
