POSITION OVERVIEW:

We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Business Development team. As the Sales Administrator - Business Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team’s growth strategies and execution. This key member will act as a vital link between RCT Key Accounts and Business Development Leadership, contributing to the overall success of the company’s expansion initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Secondary Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales administration, business development support, or a similar role.
  • Direct experience in the Healthcare Sector is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and ability to learn new systems with ease.
  • Ability to travel for events and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Report Development:
  • Collaborate with Business Development Leadership to create compelling presentations for key stakeholders and client meetings.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Attend partner-facing events, conferences, and industry gatherings to represent the company and foster relationships with RCT Partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Interface with RCT Key Accounts to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels between the Business Development team and other departments.
