REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, qualification highly advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar role
- Own transport ESSENTIAL
- MS Office proficient – Intermediate Excel, able to do Formulas & Vlookup
- Experience working on an accounting system – SAGE, Pastel Partner advantageous
- Must have ability to communicate confidently and professionally on all levels

Responsibilities:
Sales Administration Duties:
- Perform the processing of sales orders (local and cross-border), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform receipting of Inventory order invoices into system.
- Managing Switchboard when necessary, supporting and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Manage the sales invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers for products or services rendered.
- Coordinate with various departments such as, sales, finance, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and other relevant documentation
- Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the Finance and Sales department
- Support with Annual External Audit queries.
- Manage Travel Arrangements
Logistic and Procurement Coordination Duties:
- Stock Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecast meetings with sales team.
- Prepare stock forecast files and coordinate with demand planner for the region
- Stock Order: Plan stock requirements and initiate procurement orders
- Logistics / Forwarding: Support the warehouse team where applicable with the Freight Forward arrangement & admin (Importing and Exporting managed by third party)
