  • Matric, qualification highly advantageous
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar role

  • MS Office proficient – Intermediate Excel, able to do Formulas & Vlookup
  • Experience working on an accounting system – SAGE, Pastel Partner advantageous

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration Duties:

  • Perform the processing of sales orders (local and cross-border), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform receipting of Inventory order invoices into system.
  • Managing Switchboard when necessary, supporting and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Manage the sales invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers for products or services rendered.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as, sales, finance, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and other relevant documentation
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the Finance and Sales department
  • Support with Annual External Audit queries.
  • Manage Travel Arrangements

Logistic and Procurement Coordination Duties:

  • Stock Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecast meetings with sales team.
  • Prepare stock forecast files and coordinate with demand planner for the region
  • Stock Order: Plan stock requirements and initiate procurement orders
  • Logistics / Forwarding: Support the warehouse team where applicable with the Freight Forward arrangement & admin (Importing and Exporting managed by third party)
