Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Bee Choo Origin. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as invoices, contracts, and shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including preparations for e-commerce order and logistics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
