Description:
Join Samsung Electronics as a Sales Administrator responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and sales teams for all claim-related issues
- Review and finalise outstanding claims and unpaid claims
- Review and endorse the terms and conditions of any sales deduction promotion requests
- Guide customers on the “What & How” when submitting a claim
- Provide full reconciliation calculations for any rejected invoice and or partial rejection.
- Provide customers with the payment details such as credit note number, rejection reconciliation and/or required information
- Ensure that all claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with the company’s claim manual, policies and procedures
- Answer queries regarding the verification and processing of claims
