This is a 10-month fixed term opportunity.
Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic and growing Partners business stream. In this role, you will have an end-to-end ownership mindset for delivery and a strong understanding of the importance of operations. As a Partners Sales Administrator, you will support the team to deliver exceptional customer service and help them meet sales targets. You will be responsible for liaising directly with builders & ASPs queries to ensure that Bluecurrent is recognised as the preferred supplier for their metering requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and expand relationships with relevant channel partners (boutique builders, large-scale building groups, small tier 2’s)
- Managing queries from customers regarding scheduled dates and appointments and ensuring access or coordination is carried out for successful field visits to take place
- Promptly managing escalations or high priority work orders
- Work with internal service delivery partners to drive the desired outcomes for the customer
- Use the knowledge of the channel requirements to define and influence improvements to internal processes that add value to the customer
- Ensure all appropriate Industry and Bluecurrent standards are met
- Case management of internal and external written enquiries
- Develop opportunities for additional revenue and margin throughout your customer base including lead generation
- Identify any potential cross-sell opportunities and pass to relevant business line
- Operate the channel to ensure we meet all compliance obligations
