Description:

The Sales Administrator reports to the State Sales Manager and is part of the Weeks Homes sales team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to coordinate and facilitate the customers journey with the sales consultant from lead to deposit and design completion. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project manage the work sales process as defined by the company to assist the sales Consultants effectively.
  • Provide the customer successful quote to deposit journey with all relevant required documentation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assist the sales process with the sales consultants and managers.
  • Provide support to the sales business in the lead management program and all CRM requirements.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the business systems required for the overall operation for the operations of the sales business.
  • Prepare, load, and manage House and land products for the sales business.
  • Effectively communicate with internal departments to achieve required outcomes within timelines.
  • Assist with all sales consultant queries and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Build solid long-term relationships with all internal stakeholders.
  • Management of all pre-sale and deposit documentation and required correspondence in accordance with the company sales process.
