Description:
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 21 hours/3 days per week, Monday – Saturday (on a rota basis)
Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, staff discount and attendance bonus
Reporting to:Showroom Manager
Clearwell Mobility is the South East’s leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able. Established in 2004 we have 12 showrooms and are now recruiting for a Sales Advisor at our Tunbridge Wells showroom.
We offer our customers a personal shopper type experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
- Safely demonstrate the use of products
- Process customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom including appropriate stock display
- Follow all systems and procedures correctly, effectively and consistently
- Work with the manager to deliver relevant KPI’s
