REQUIREMENTS:

  • Build positive relationships with potential new customers and lasting relationships with present customer base
  • Processing orders
  • Taking inbound calls and assisting with orders and enquiries
  • Monitor your targets and KPIs to ensure these are being met
  • Offering reliable product advice
  • Promoting and upselling the company brand / products
  • Sending out and chasing quotes
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, customer accounts and filing associated documents
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to remain calm in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Self motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative to contribute to the team’s success
