As a Sales Advisor based in Leicester you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.
  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.
  • General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Plumbing and heating knowledge is preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Willingness to learn, work as part of a team and want to succeed.

This role is Permanent Full Time role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm (with overtime available on a regular basis) and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
