As a Sales Advisor based in Corby you’ll be responsible for:

  • General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries
  • Serving customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.
  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customers

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team – no previous industry knowledge is required as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Sales, customer service or warehouse experience desirable

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, between 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings on rota after fully trained 8am – 12noon.
