£18,457.56 + Bonus
Part time, 30 hours per week.

As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Southend you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.
- Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.
- General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Plumbing and heating knowledge is preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
- Sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
This role is Part Time, working 30 hours per week on a Fixed Term Contract starting in July 2024.
