Description:

INTRODUCTION:

The Sales Agent supports prospective clients with their enquiries and increases the number of new live trading accounts. The role will pursue potential customers in all levels of the funnel. Aiming to identify our customer’s potential, onboard them, and upsell our products and services. A key part of the role is building the initial relationship between the customer and the company providing the customers with the information and assistance needed to reach their potential.

DESCRIPTION:

Key Accountabilities
Selling the benefits of our trading platform to new customers.
Calling all leads supplied and following the scripts provided.
Upgrade users from Demo accounts to live accounts.
Call leads to convert to new clients.
Uphold the strong reputation Blueberry Markets has built by providing impeccable customer service.
Being compliant and ethical on all sales calls and interactions to reduce risk to the business and customer complaints.
Pursue new sales with all commitment whether they appear to be high or low value.
Being organised and methodical in your client management.
Maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and monitor their preferences.
Be attentive and confident in FAQ’s and processes to better serve our clients.
The position is required to carry out any additional duties or projects allocated to the department.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES:

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related field or related discipline (desirable)
RG146 Financial Services General Advice certification (desirable)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Proven track record in a sales environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills (in English)
Proficiency in the use of MS Office
Experience in Salesforce
Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences.
Independent, self-directed, and not afraid to ask questions, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy.
Detail-orientated, reliable, and resourceful.
Positive attitude, and good problem-solving skills for dealing with customer complaints.
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Bring a passion for service excellence
Desirable
Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Trading industry
Knowledge of forex, CFD trading, and the markets is desirable
