YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Ideally you hold a university degree in economics, business analytics or similar.
Furthermore, you have a proven track record of minimum 3-5 years in a similar position, within Sales and/or Business Analytics, from a large international player, being used to sales analytics and frequent reporting.
You have solid experience from stakeholder management as well as a solid knowledge of the sales process and “road to market”. You are a skilled CRM user.

Responsibilities:
- CRM Key user
- Based on our CRM system C4C, weekly analyses should be made including the following elements like sales visits, order and offer overview, project status, offer follow-ups etc
- Logistics and transportation cost analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support with regards to internal events, sales meetings and other customer events.
- Monitor the most important customer activities - including new business establishments and subsequent evaluation.
- In collaboration with customer service, monitor campaigns and assess the benefits of the same.
- Support sales managers with planning, implementation and follow-up of the sales department’s daily work, including campaigns, where the sales analyst will be the driver who follows up and initiates actions.
- In collaboration with the finance and marketing department, to supervise budgets for activities and report on a monthly basis.
- To be hands-on in Group activities and represent sales in similar meetings such as C4C, Gross to Net as well as price list changes to a certain extent.
- In collaboration with the Sales Director and others, be the main coordinator when launching price lists, so that everyone involved will get prepared.
