This position is remote and must be based in the United States.

JOB SUMMARY:

Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the sales department. Work closely with the sales team collecting and interpreting data. Develop impactful and effective analysis and visual models that monitor and predict sales results and trends. Provide sales analytics and accompany sales leaders in sales presentations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • Two or more years of experience in data analytics.
  • Advanced experience with Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point is required.
  • Experience with data visualization (Tableau or Power BI), Alteryx, and analytical software is highly desired.
  • Self-motivated to engage with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and possess a business consultancy mind-set.
  • Highly organized and results oriented.
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and collect data through systems and tools. Analyze sales data, draw conclusions, and provide insights.
  • Develop, track, monitor and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends related Sales.
  • Identify and summarize key data trends and issues by analyzing leading and lagging indicators.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders across the enterprise and with customer teams to understand and deliver on their specific reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with finance, merchandising, and sales to develop, align and evaluate sales strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Make recommendations as needed to improve sales, customer relationships, and profitability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
