Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team based in Norfolk. We’re looking for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual, with a strong sales background or desire to sell, to drive new business growth, through new sales and sales to existing customers.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Provide best in class customer service for inbound customer enquiries
  • Undertake outbound new sales and develop strong relationships through customer account management calls
  • Carry out research of potential leads prior to making contact in order to increase the likelihood of success
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle, following up on warm leads and producing succinct summaries of pipeline progress
  • Work closely alongside other teams within SNAP to include Finance, Credit Control, Marketing and Product in order to deliver customer-centric solutions in line with business objectives
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with the internal credit control team to ensure accounts are set up quickly, efficiently and correctly; in line with credit and the customer’s requirements
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities to deliver margin growth by achieving agreed personal and team targets and KPI’s.

Other skills and experience:

  • Fluency or advanced proficiency in Romanian, Bulgarian, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • The ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • A desire to exceed targets and be a great team player
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
  • Ability to identify new opportunities to sell additional services
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
