We seek a sales and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with a rich network within the healthcare sector to introduce and drive the sales of Platform24s SaaS platform in the Norwegian healthcare sector. You will, in this role, be responsible for generating business towards new customers both in the public and private sector.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on the healthcare sector - if also in SaaS industry it is a bonus
  • Proven results: track record of success and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets,
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth sector knowledge, including a rich network, regulations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Sales targets: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with customers in the business area.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and take the initiative in managing your own sales are.
  • Client Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a history of successful interactions with clients at different organizational levels.
  • Internal Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to drive results.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to product development and client success.
  • Partnership Management: Proven experience in managing and growing partnerships.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Norwegian market, aligning it with the company objectives.
  • Design and implement strategies for lead generation.
  • Client Engagement: Network and Establish positive relationships with clients at various organizational levels, understanding their unique needs and requirements. You will represent Platform24 at networking events and industry gatherings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture relationships with stakeholders within client organizations, fostering collaboration and partnership.
  • Product Input: Offer input to the product development team, influencing product prioritization.
