Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team at the Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. This person will be responsible for selling, planning and coordinating small meetings as well as catering only functions.

Responsibilities:
- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business.
- Plan, upsell and detail the meeting/function with the client including.
- Complete the contracts, prepare the appropriate paperwork, including banquet event orders.
- Participate in communication and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote sales.
