Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant with exceptional expertise in lead generation. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, your role revolves around providing support to the sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of various activities. A proactive person with strong communication and multitasking skills is needed for this role in order to support the company’s overall sales and marketing goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with an in-depth knowledge of lead generation.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to take verbal and written instructions.
- Able to lead, offer constructive feedback, and collaborate with others in a group setting.
- Organised, motivated, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have expertise with the following business applications:
- Active Campaign
- Monday.com
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
- MS Word and Excel
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Experience in segmenting audiences. Implementing targeted strategies, for campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of the digital tools and strategies used in the marketing and sales industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective email marketing strategies.
