Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Result-oriented, attention to detail and highly capable of meeting sales targets.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to analyze target markets and conduct competitive research.
  • Persistent and flexible approach to challenges.
  • Effective interpersonal, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team member with tasks/duties, when required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and plans to carry out promotions to market products.
  • Support in development of marketing materials, presentation slides, catalogues, brochures, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers’ base.
  • Conduct sales presentations and products demonstrations, both in-person and virtually to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Conduct cold calls and social networks for new sales opportunities and business development.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, etc on daily / regular basis.
  • Prepare sales reports, projection analysis, market surveys’ reports on regular basis.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs.
  • Conduct in-depth product research and share knowledge with team members, enhancing collective expertise.
  • Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
  • Plan, manage and participate in trade shows, seminars, events, etc to generate new sales leads.
  • Representing the Company in a professional manner and establishing good rapport and business relationship with our customers and principals.
  • Train sales team members, sharing best practices in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ensure team sales quotas are met within set timeframes, exhibiting superior time management.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
