REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Responsibilities:

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST ARE:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

MISSION/JOB DUTIES:

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities
  • Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Provide support to other departments when needed
