Sales and Operations Manager – Logistics and Warehousing

• Search and develop new business leads, organize meetings, and attend industry events.
• Maintain regular contact with existing and new customers to foster relationships and generate business.
• Work with regional and overseas colleagues to formulate sales strategies, focusing on Metals and Minerals customers.
• Participate in joint commercial calls and manage business development procedures and documentation.
• Develop marketing materials such as intranet content, videos, and presentations.
• Support corporate commercial reporting, handle quotations, and analyze market trends in the commodities sector.
• Track monthly sales revenue to meet company targets.
• Assist commercial colleagues and other departments with client queries.
