ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales and Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying, approaching, and attracting top talent for our clients. You will also play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
