  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales and Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying, approaching, and attracting top talent for our clients. You will also play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
