Responsibilities:
- Conduct machine installations and servicing, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Listen carefully to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide expert guidance on our products and services (full training given)
- Follow Safetykleen Ways of Working meticulously, complete servicing to a high standard, and capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
- Create memorable experiences for our customers during installations and service visits, building strong relationships and exceeding personal sales targets consistently, always putting the customer at the heart of every solution.
