Job Description

Responsibilities:

Company Picnic Program

  • Prepare tickets and mail promotional materials (posters, brochures)
  • Prepare suggested itineraries
  • Liase with corporate clients regarding final details of their events
  • Assist with the execution of the corporate picnics including putting up reserved signs, ensuring required menu items are prepared, making public announcements, and collecting food tickets

Wake Up The Wild (WUTW)

  • Record and update bookings
  • Assist with answering email inquiries and sending out confirmation letters, waiver agreements, and other various related documents.
  • Process manual transactions when needed
  • Attend Wake Up The Wild tours to monitor and ensure participants are following guidelines
  • Assist with surveys after the tour
  • Assist with compiling data and developing reports

On-site PR

  • Assist PR department when needed in providing guest services, general first aid, ushering shows, completing customer surveys, assisting with lost child procedures, etc.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Sales Coordinator

Administrative

  • Assist with answering telephones and taking other group bookings, labeling, filing and/or stuffing envelopes
  • Update and maintain customer database
  • This position is seasonal with the potential to become full-time permanent

Qualifications
Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
Driver’s license
