Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the coffee industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.
