Responsibilities:

  • Assist our team of Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, including taking customer payments, providing the status of orders, and answering customers’ questions.
  • Perform general customer outreach duties as assigned by the Showroom Manager.
  • Be comfortable answering the phones and asking the customer questions so that you can help direct them to the right person or provide them with answers.
  • Understand and explain the benefits of ProSource to trade professionals and homeowners.
  • Maintain showroom pricing and displays.
  • Call members and notify them when their merchandise is ready for pickup or inform them of expected delivery dates and/or backorders.
  • Manage and assist in returns and return order authorizations, claims, and warranty issues.
  • Enter estimates, place orders and collect & post payments.
  • Work with the sales team to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist in keeping the sales area and showroom in grand-opening-ready condition.
  • Utilize the CRM system and internal software for sales entry, bookkeeping, and customer relationship management.
  • Assist in customer pickups, delivery, and inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business.
