YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or office clerk or a similar qualification
  • First professional experience in the commercial field
  • English business fluent, German a plus
  • IT affinity (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Organisational talent
  • Good communicator
  • Independent and proactive approach to work
  • Passion for wind energy

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive and tailored training program for Sales and After Sales
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Ensure continuous updates and easy accessibility of training materials
  • Develop, update, and publish training plans
  • Coordinate monthly training emails for specific/ad-hoc topics
  • Maintain consistent formatting of all training materials
  • Manage distribution lists for training communications / invitations
  • Utilize the internal traning platform for online trainings
  • Assist in ensuring smooth operations of Strategic Project Reviews (SPR) and on-site support, including:
  • Support for weekly meetings: taking notes, preparation of agendas, updating and managing Teams task dashboard
  • Ownership of SPR introduction presentation template
  • Support with function reporting for SPR Director (KPIs and dashboards)
  • Educating regional sales colleagues on SPR processes
  • Coordination of board approval meetings for SPR projects
