What You Will Do

• Request quotes from our suppliers
• Place orders and coordinate the delivery of goods
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Draft quotes and delivery contracts
• Update price lists and provide the finance department with necessary billing information
• Manage shipments from our warehouse
• Maintain customer, supplier, and product information in our systems
• Assist with other administrative tasks and support duties within sales

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge of Swedish is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
