Description:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant in the Finland to join the CapitalBox Tribe.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in all two languages - Finnish and English oral and written;
  • Previous working experience in a similar environment is a plus;
  • Must possess excellent communication skills;
  • Sales background will be considered as an asset;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Mambu preferred but not required;
  • Team player and customer oriented;
  • Willingness to learn and expand horizons.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support in Finnish (via phone, emails and mail);
  • Assisting clients applying for loans;
  • Working closely with Loan Officers and assisting in lending matters;
  • Identify selling opportunities after analyzing the customers’ needs;
  • Working closely with other departments including Marketing, Underwriting and Collections;
  • Keeping detailed information of all interactions with applicants;
  • Following company policies with regards to the client processes, anti-money laundering, compliance etc;
  • Assisting with client invoicing, allocating payments, and related duties according to Company’s policies.
  • Handling of existing loans and customer relationships.
  • Assisting with occasional events and campaigns.
  • Participating in development projects.
