Description:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant in the Finland to join the CapitalBox Tribe.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in all two languages - Finnish and English oral and written;
- Previous working experience in a similar environment is a plus;
- Must possess excellent communication skills;
- Sales background will be considered as an asset;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Mambu preferred but not required;
- Team player and customer oriented;
- Willingness to learn and expand horizons.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support in Finnish (via phone, emails and mail);
- Assisting clients applying for loans;
- Working closely with Loan Officers and assisting in lending matters;
- Identify selling opportunities after analyzing the customers’ needs;
- Working closely with other departments including Marketing, Underwriting and Collections;
- Keeping detailed information of all interactions with applicants;
- Following company policies with regards to the client processes, anti-money laundering, compliance etc;
- Assisting with client invoicing, allocating payments, and related duties according to Company’s policies.
- Handling of existing loans and customer relationships.
- Assisting with occasional events and campaigns.
- Participating in development projects.
