Description:

  • Meet daily tasks which are set up by your manager;
  • To assist the smooth running of the Penrose branch on a day to day basis;
  • Take high standard vehicle photos and upload to Motorcentral system as request by management team;
  • Print out and display the correct vehicle CIN card, fuelconsumption label and price board to each vehicle;
  • Ensure on yard vehicles are parked in a nice order as request by management team;
  • Pick up MR2A from compliances;
  • Assist register vehicles and renew WOF;
  • Maintain the branch cleanness, including watering the plants once a week;
  • Maintain an excellent public reputation in both sales andcustomer service;
  • Provide ongoing support to the salespersons and F&Iconsultants on a daily basis;
  • Handle customer claims and complaints from your sales;
  • Receive and implement management direction from thebranch manager;
  • Ensure cost effective utilisation of office;.The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Other duties include:

  • Sale vehicles when you complete your daily set up tasks; Or when requests by your branch manager;
  • Ensure the selling process is productively and profitably;
  • Provide ongoing following up effectively to ensure all newand existing sales leads are maximised;
  • Ensure every contact/visitor/enquiry is followed up on with a trackable system record;
  • Receive and handle customer claims and complaints,including in assisting the salespersons’ claims and yours;
  • Ensure that customer complaints are investigated andresolved efficiently in accordance with AJ Motors Claim Process;
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
