Our client is into trading business into logistics services, trading Veterinary vaccines for poultry. Position Overview: Seeking a Sales Assistant proficient in documentation to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of documentation experience.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Knowledge of vaccination business and healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  Location - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  Working days - Monday - Friday (9 - 6 PM

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and proposals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Assist in the processing and tracking of sales orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the sales system.
• Prepare sales presentations and materials as needed.
• Interact with customers to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any inquiries.
• Generate and analyze reports as required.
