Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Assistant provides essential support to the on-site sales team, helping them achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. They engage with customers, optimize sales strategies and promotions, and create a welcoming and organized sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and maintain the sales center reception area for a positive visitor experience.
- Refer clients to consultants based on housing availability knowledge.
- Greet and register all guests promptly upon arrival.
- Handle telephone calls professionally and distribute messages efficiently.
- Maintain daily traffic reports and site plan dot maps.
- Manage the CRM (Lasso) prospect database and Newstar for accurate prospect/client information.
- Communicate with prospects and buyers via email or other designated methods.
- Prepare accurate Purchase and Sale Agreements for Consultants.
- Create and maintain complete purchaser files, ensuring accuracy.
- Track and process buyer deposits.
- Ensure completeness of purchase packages and necessary addendums.
- Assist Consultants and Managers in planning and coordinating sales events.
- Participate in team meetings as needed.
- General Office Management:
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate marketing materials with Marketing and Product Manager.
- Perform general sales center clean-up and maintenance.
- Ensure office equipment (fax, copier) is regularly maintained and serviced.
