The Role
At present we have two highly successful projects with Glenside and Fletchers Slip, and we look forward to growing our South Australian portfolio. These two developments have a combined project value of over $560 million and will be delivered over the next 8 to 10 years. With a focus on the delivery of quality communities and exceptional built form outcomes, this role presents a unique opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our passionate team.
This role will support the Sales Consultants with sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets and deliver best practice customer service.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

First and foremost, your passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience is essential.
You will have prior experience in the property industry (in either a customer service or sales capacity) and aspirations to progress to Sales Consultant in the future.

IN ADDITION, OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Demonstrated organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Proven to be a fast-learner and eager to take on responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey clear messages both verbal and written.
  • You must be available to work weekends and if required, be available to work public holidays.
  • Drivers licence and own motor vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Fielding initial sales enquiries, providing information and updating CRM.
  • Assisting with the completion of sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
  • Staffing and maintaining the onsite sales office, which includes ongoing work.
  • Ensuring CRM is regularly and accurately updated in line with the Company’s requirements.
  • Providing input to the project team with respect to all aspects of maintenance and presentation of the projects.
  • Regularly analysing competitor projects and preparing competitor reports.
