Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attain sales targets by effectively implementing company policies.
- Maintain showroom inventory at required levels, conduct stock counting and sorting.
- Report stock discrepancies or damage to supervisors or managers.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of product use, pricing, and design.
- Handle phone inquiries, assist with product testing, and explain product features.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
