The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to partner with our Sales Managers across a cluster of retirement villages in the Melbourne region. Location will initially be based at our award winning village, Ardency Kennedy Place, Richmond.

As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the proactive sourcing, administration and marketing aspects of the sales of our Retirement Living homes. You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless process for both entering and exiting clients. This role will see you:

  • Supporting with sales displays and ensuring our properties for sale have optimal presentation.
  • Preparing of marketing collateral, brochures and sales kits
  • Supporting at expos and events
  • Assisting with the activation of community engagement events and initiatives
  • Responding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries
  • CRM (Sales Force) database management and communications including mailouts and EDMs
  • Contract management and administration
  • General administration tasks

Your Background

The successful candidate will have a background in customer service or sales working in a customer facing or administrative capacity. You will have a passion for customer service and have a high level of organisation. The successful candidate will also have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong administrative background
  • Solid Microsoft Office & computer skills
  • Valid drivers licence and own transport
  • Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building
  • Agents Representative or willingness to obtain
