QUALIFIED SALES ASSOCIATES MUST

• Have previous employment in sales (e.g., barista, jewelry, cell phones, internet).
• Be available during mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Meet the physical requirements of this position.

EXCEPTIONALLY QUALIFIED SALES ASSOCIATES HAVE THREE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES

• Meet requirements for qualified sales associates.
• Have previous sales experience in the wellness industry (e.g., beauty advising, fitness, or make-up artistry).
• Available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Available from 8am - 10pm throughout the week.
• Fluent in Spanish or Asia-Pacific languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sales associates work in a clinic environment that requires the ability to:

• Communicate in person, on telephone, and computer (e.g., virtual meetings) by talking and hearing.
• Lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items up to 25 pounds.
• Operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
